UK Global Shipping Programme Issue - Tracking/Delays

Hi,

Anyone else having problems with GSP?  Recent sendings whilst showing as arrived at Lichfield are showing:-

"Arrived at our hub. Your item will be verified for international delivery to the buyer."

Worst cases so far are two items shown as delivered by Royal Mail on 1st August and no updates since. No PB tracking numbers uploaded either!

Updates and processing have been very slow. This is from a recent tracking update. Parcel arrived at the hub on the 30th and left the hub on the 7th but the updates didn't show until it had left.

Have exactly the same problem, on my other private account sold a few items to Germany, same buyer, first was delivered no problems in early July.  The next one has been sitting at GSP for over a week and no updates just the message "Arrived at our hub. Your item will be verified for international delivery to the buyer."

I'm not the only one apparently,  not good enough.

Sorry to dig up a thread from a couple months ago but I've noticed today the same issue. None of the GSP parcels I shipped to their centre in the past week have been processed since being delivered to them. Normally they are processed within a day of arrival. I have parcels delivered to GSP 22nd October that are yet to show any further updates. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes. 3 international GSP orders all running late with no updates. One did arrive as I got poor feedback for shipping time.

I've got a weird one, sent an item via the shipping programme  (1st time) and its generated a tracking number, however this means I can now not enter my own RM tracking number from me to the hub.

Anyone else having problems with GSP?

Yes, I sent an item via GSP to the US on 20th December, it arrived at Lichfield okay but from 2nd Jan it got stuck in Baltimore at the UPS Depot.

Thankfully it arrived on Friday so it took over a month !!

So long as the Item is documented as having arrived at Lichfield, it's not your problem. Anything that happens after the item arrives at Lichfield (so long as the item hasn't arrived damaged) is ebay's problem.

I had one sent to Luxembourg via GSP on Thu. 8th Dec. take just over a month.

It arrived at Lichfield on Mon. 12th then seemed to get stuck with international carrier from 17th.

Although it's eBay's responsibility, the seller still has to deal with an INR dispute.

Sellers deal with it in the sense that you have to contact ebay to get them to deal with it.

Usually by closing the case without penalty to the seller but reimbursing the buyer themselves if the item seems lost.
