Some RM postage via eBay not loading tracking numbers

I've noticed a couple of my recent sales where I've bought RM postage via eBay and the tracking numbers haven't been added to eBay like they normally do.

I've found the numbers via a reprinting labels link. One of them had already been tracked delivered before I added the number. eBay hasn't updated to show delivered yet.

Something for sellers to check, especially if eBay are using tracking to pay funds.

I understand the issue is still happening with the tracking numbers and we do apologise for the inconvenience. I don't have a further update on the resolution as of yet.  As soon as I do I will post back on the thread.

For what its worth, on mine royal mail special delivery tracking is carried across, 1st and 2nd rec post is not.

I had a thought on this problem.

To manually add tracking I've been cutting and pasting from the label printing preview page.

I have to edit out dashes and spaces for it to work (the RM tracking page does it automatically).

Is it possible that some revision to the process isn't accounting for the dashes and rejecting the codes?

Are you purchasing postage through eBay? If so, when you get the email "your postage label is ready" the tracking number is in the email without all the dashes and spaces. so you can copy and paste from there.

It is the 1st and 2nd class letter services that this is happening with.  The other services reported last week had a temporary delay. We are continuing to check in with tech and will update once we have more details.

Just checked my 'paid and dispatched' list. No tracking numbers added for RM labels bought from eBay over the last 9 days or so (apart from a few that I added manually). This includes small parcels as well as large letters. Hope this gets fixed soon as it is a major concern...

I'm purchasing more than one at a time, I don't get tracking nos. in the email for multiples.

I just spotted that this is happening to me as well. I have manually added a few, but even ones I know have been delivered are not showing as such on ebay. Will this affect seller standards metrics?

Happening with me too, since around 30th of April (Just noticed a few days ago).

There's always something with ebay!

I've just done a single LL label and tracking has been added.

Maybe it's just because it's a single label - has anyone done multiples today?

Looks like it's been fixed, certainly my end. I only ever do singles at a time.
