Wow, they've clearly sacked Isaac Asimov and taken on Philip K. *bleep* to write their delivery estimates instead!

That's shocking. I bet it's working as intended though because there can't possibly be any bugs.

Hi @bojangled

I've sent this over to the shipping team to review. Is the EDD showing the same in seller hub?

Thanks,

Dave

Sold Email Notification

dave@ebay Just had a sale to Canada, same email, with ‘Expected Tomorrow’.
However seller hub EDD is the 18th - 24th March.

I know it’s no biggie as it’s just an email to me , as long as the buyer isn’t receiving a similar notification.
Kind Regards

Jo

Sold Email Notification

Hi @bojangled,

I've spoken to the team that look after the emails and it looks like the issue isn't actually with the email.

The issue is with summary card at the top of the page that shows the expected tomorrow message. Thats from the Gmail app itself that pulls data from the email content itself. Unfortunately, it looks like Gmail is displaying inaccurate information. The EDD in the hub is correct as per the estimate but however the app pulls the Info it seems to be changes the estimate.

You can click “send feedback to Google” to flag this issue with google. Unfortunately, the issue is with the app itself so there isn't anything we can do from this side.

Thanks,

Dave
