We have been printing labels at office and then dropping them off at Packlink Lockers for the past year or so. Today we have noticed none of our labels were getting scanned at Packlink lockers with error-Unable to read the barcode.
We initially thought its a single label but then all labels are not getting scanned. We have over 10 parcels average a day so what has been changed recently. As we had no option we took parcels to an Evri shop and they scanned them all without any issues.
Please can someone guide how you are despatching Evri parcels if you have them in bulk.
Thanks

I can never get them to scan, but I only send them via Vinted.
So have just tried typing in the parcel number instead?

According to the Inpost website
Evri does have some dedicated lockers but sadly nothing near me. I will have to take to take to a shop or post office but luckily/unluckily depending how you look at I don't have bulk parcels to send. Maybe check out the Evri website.

See the message (about 11:20pm yesterday or another about 5:30pm) about the severance between InPost and Evri. You could also just search for InPost threads.

Well I didn't know that, but it wasn't me asking. 🙂
Just removed Evri from Vinted and that solves that.
It's only an extra option for customers. The shops however are a pain in the backside to get to, so not worth it.

Evri parcels can be taken to a royal mail parcel shop.

This happened once before about 18months ago and we were told then that evri had stopped paying inpost to use some of the lockers which included the one in our village. The situation lasted for about a month or so and then our local locker started accepting evri packages again.
It started affecting our local co-op locker again in January 2025 and we have been travelling to a bigger locker at a Sainsbury Supermarket 8miles away but that too stopped working this weekend.
Not great news for me as I choose to use evri for small parcels for items sold on the 'River' as their RM charges are 40p more expensive without tracking.

Local evri store up road from me refused my packages as was sending sisters eBay out. They said the bag was full from two days before.
so had to go and find another place to send from.
