I received a message from ebay saying I have to upgrade to a business account. But I don't have any messages about my nin number. If I past the market for a business account then wouldn't I pass the market for taxes to?
I don't have business account on ebsy but I do submit taxes.

The subscription is for a shop, you do not need a shop and opening a shop is not what changes your account to a business one.
You change account type in your account settings.

But if I close an acct because I set up a shop. I dont know yet what Ill do as it depends on what I can afford best. So maybe Ill do a shop or maybe Ill do a business acct. I dont understand them all yet. I am looking into them.
But as part of my dicision I maybe have to close accts. So I dont want that to look odd if I close accts because I have to change to a buisness acct.

If you get a shop you will still need to register as a business seller. Having a shop is not being a business.

You can have a number of accounts and no-one will see closing accounts as suspicious.
Many members have a business account for business sales and a private one for getting rid of their own personal possessions.
I suggest you go with two accounts as above, but it's your choice.
Whether you add a shop to your business account(s) is up to you and you need to work out the costs versus the benefits. There is a point at which the amount of listings means a shop is worth it.
You can either start a business account from new, or upgrade an existing one to a business one.
If you want a shop you add it to the business account.

Yes I have alot to consider for business acct or shop! I dont understand all of the fees yet. Theres subscribtions and fees for listings and fees for sales and its alot too look at so I may need to contact ebay to know what I will pay.
I just dont want HMrc to see that a closed acct as something odd. I dont know how ebay will handle closed accts when the data is sent. I dont want to look like its not right when Im only doing it to clean. Up my accts.

This is NOT a choice between a business account and a shop.
They are two entirely different things!
If you are trading, as Ebay seem to think you are, then every account you use to trade on, needs to become a business account. If you don't with to use it, then you can simply close them. It makes absolutely no difference to this or to HMRC.
A shop, is just a subscription on Ebay. Depending on the quantity of listings it can be cheaper to use.
Do not get these two things mixed up.

Yes I know every acct has to become one. But I may not want that for every acct. So I may. Close some accts. And then combine them into one. I need to look at the costs still. But I was also worried that closing accts would look weird on HMrc. If their gone for this year or next year.

A single business account with a shop on that account is probably your best option cost wise.

But what is the cost each month? And when they have fees is that to list or is that on sale price. On private accts. It never costs to list only to sell. 10% and other fees for payment stuff like payPal used to do. I dont understand theyre different types of offers.

Are you on a wind up?
Seriously people have tried to help put it all simply
Ill say it again you are a business so register for a business account before ebay force it upon you

HMRC won't care if you close some accounts, all they will be interested in are the figures which ebay will supply them with. Ebay say they will inform us of the data that they provide to HMRC, what HMRC will do with the data they receive nobody knows.

And that's it for me.

I wrote that this morning! I said I have to contact ebay. But people kept saying things. So I tried to show I was doing the write thing and still i get people angry. It's hard to keep up with what one person is talking to you about and then someone sees your response. Really these posts need fewer people to respond and it might be better then because a person like me is responding to lots of questions and accusations and advice and etc.
