Hi there,

I am a business seller.Following the low,I have to issue invoice for every sale.The payment come from eBay in my business bank account.So do I have to issue invoice to eBay.

For example : The customer pay the order to eBay -£21.After fees ebay send to my account £17.So what I should do?Issue invoice for £17 to EBay or.It  is confused.

Issue it to the buyer for the full amount they paid (it should be an receipt not an invoice, anyway)

You don't issue invoices to eBay

You are only legally required to issue an invoice if both you and your customer are VAT registered.
