Ebay For Business on Facebook

Ebay for Business help on Facebook has always been fantastic for many, many years. 

This last week though, no reply for almost a week, used to be never more than an hour or two.

Is there some issue? Has it been discontinued?

Assuming it is ebay for Business UK the last post they added was in May this year, so would assume its not as active as it used to be. Could be they are reducing their management of the service.

The posts arent frequent anyhow, but the replies to messages have always been fantastic, for a decade or more, indeed up until last week it was lightning fast, now nobody replies at all.  If ebay was going to close their main social media help channel they needed to have mentioned this in advance maybe

It was discontinued on eBay.com last year, maybe eBay.co.uk has followed suit?

Its just been moved to the main ebay back in the USA, with plenty of notice, nothing has been mentioned at all about UK, and it was working as normal 10 days ago
