Hi all,
I've bought an item 10 days ago with option Collect from Person.
All this time I do contacting the seller with no respond totally.
I don't want to cancel the deal. I need the item.
Tell me, please:
- How Ebay can force the seller to contact me?
- How Ebay can support me to collect the item from seller?
- Or How Ebay can contact the seller via his email / phone or pass it to me. I'll contact him directly?
Many thanks ☺

If it's a business seller, then you will find the contact information about the bottom of the item page.
If it's private however, you have a problem. The only information you will have, is what the seller provides to you, other than emailing via Ebay, your a bit stuck!
Ebay cannot and will not force the seller to contact you.
The best you can hope for if they won't contact you, is to claim your money back.
Ebay will not give you direct information, such as a phone number. They are not allowed to.

Thanks for the reply,
This is a private seller.
As we all humans and could be anything with our health or unexpected trips.
I'll wait for another 15 days before cancelling the deal.
Ebay is getting more uncomfortable for both sides (seller and buyer) and it's sad 😥

Have you paid through eBay Checkout ? --- without doing so, contact details will be withheld until you pay.
Cash on collection is no longer allowed --- if not as described on collection; agree a mutual cancellation.

If the seller continues not to respond to you, then what you will need to do is open a case for item not received, not ask to cancel. That will get you a refund.
You only have 30 days from payment to open that case, don't let it time out.

Hi,
I'll wait another 15 days cos the seller would be in unexpected trip.
PayPal accepts up to 6 months for opening a case.

Just check that Paypal covers collection items. I think they do.
However, I would still open an ebay case within the 30 days, you can then wait a bit longer for the seller to get back before escalating it to ebay.
