Account type

I am trying to change the account type on eBay to a business account, as it states individual.

Everywhere I go to look on how to do it, it says go to personal information > account type > edit, but there's no edit button on the account type.

Is there something I'm missing? or is there another way to change this.

I believe to change the account type you need to have actually sold something, otherwise it is just a "buying" account.

As the account you are posting from has zero feedback anyway the easiest solution would be to open a new account here. You just need to make sure you change the radio button from "Private" to "Business" at the top of the form.
