If the mods are deading Dave was dealing with this 18 months ago
I attempted a bulk refresh earlier this week approx 1300 listing and luckily I caught sight of 48p charge for 4 listings, I removed them from the bulk refresh and refreshed all OK, no charge
If you want to know which one theres a column 'selling fees' sort wiith the up/down errors and remove listings accordingly
Today, best practicing, price matching/keeping listings fresh came to the end of the 85 being edited and four listings had a 12p charge, before submitting at the bottom of the page on the left is a charge
To be clear this is not creating listings, just editing live listings,
Keep an eye on charges, they've snuck in in the past and they are back again
