ive sent off a large envelope, with a booklet of about 20 pages in,it cost made £4.50 to send to the usa,2nd class, however i have put in 5 dollars for return postage,,is this enough?the weight is 0.68kg,i was lead to believe its cheaper postage to send back from the usa than to send to the usa from the uk,thus 5 dollars? anyone got any update info on this? ive looked on the usps website, but no mention of economy international on there that i can see

Daz - I just checked the USPS site, and something that weighs 0.68kg, whether letter or large letter, will cost $14.80 to the UK.

yes thats priority mail though nigel,....surely economy is far cheaper? 15 dollars in like over £9 double what it cost me to send it,,my experience is that its far dearer to send it to the usa, than to recieve it from there, however rarely send large items there

Daz - they did away with the economy international years ago. The 1st class international is the cheapest service.
