1 ttm today, but the contents missing:-( came in a plastic royal mail bag saying i sent out a batch of envelopes that instead of linking them, you had to pull of a tab to reveal the sticky strip, this tab is intact, looks like the celeb or agent has sent it back open,,without pulling the tab off,,and the contents have either been taken or fallen out:-(

That's a shame Daz. It is frustrating when these things happen. At least you got a plastic envelope. No-one in the delivery chain even noticed my ripped open envelope.
Have you got any idea which reply it was? Your local sorting office will have a chap who looks after lost post contents. Maybe worth getting in touch just in case they have something.

Not smart eh?

you would think, that the natural thing to do,would be to go and lick the envelope once placing the items in it,apon finding a strip ,surely its obvious you just pull it of and seal:_|

Daz,
Contact, Royal Mail, The Returned Letter Section, Belfast
They keep items found in the post for a short period of time before getting rid of them - but act quick because they have lots and lots of items over the holiday period.
