just a had a seller complain and give negative feedback because an index card i sold him he didnt think was an index card and he's complaining its too thin, now in my opinion an index is an index and they dont usually come very thick? anyway just a warning to some of you to watch out for these idiots..really annoys me as don't think i can get rid of his daft feedback and he never even contacted me before leaving feedback and is now complaining asking for a refund although to me this doesnt seem a valid reason other than him complaining that he likes/wants thicker index cards because he's had them before 😞 its not like the listing didnt explain everything all that i didnt mention was the thickness as to me that seems daft but size of the overall card etc was listed. just wonder what others think I could do/say?

Take it up with ebay Matt as this sounds very unfair .but first tell him to send the index card back to you and then when you get it back refund him but in the meantime contact ebay and appeal against the negative they sometimes reinstate the neg as this sounds really pety to me .i have one neg as well and if the buyer had contacted me i would have sorted it but they just left neg and a pack of lies to boot.

Also had a neg a few years back and got it overturned by ebay.

YOU CAN REPLY TO FEEDBACK AND COUNTER ACT THIER COMMENT IT WILL COME UP UNDERNEATH THE FEEDBACK THEY HAVE LEFT .

What a silly complaint. An index card is an index card, what difference does the thickness make? I'd add the extra comment under his on the feedback. Some people are never happy. 😞

Matt I would not worry about it mate - there are lots of people like that about - an index card is an card ! a little bit of white card ! Too many people want to moan and get something for nothing !

Like you I once had positive feedback with a comment that my package was too securely sealed!

#11 dont plan to Brian but wanted to make sure that I don't have to give him a refund legally and that ebay/paypal wouldnt suspend my account for refusing to do so 🙂

Unlucky Matt seems very daft to me but ive had bad feedback overturned before by Ebay when some prat left me bad feedback for no reason and they removed it straight away so give it a go like everbody else says
