Sven-Goran Eriksson - 17 days

I picked up Sven's 2001 book On Football in a charity shop for £2 a few weeks ago. It was alreayd signed by co-author Willi Railo, so I sent it to Sven at Leicester, and he kindly signed it for me.

I picked up the following from camk90. Have not been adding much to the EE collection for a while. Most old ones I need are out of my price range, so chuffed to pick this up and replace the one I sold in 2007.

Actually Nigel could do a very interesting post on eastenders cards,how the marlet rose and fell ,mad collectors paying well over the odds etc..

The EE card market has never been as high as mid 2007 to early 2008, but has seen a recent upturn again despite the bad economy. That's why many old cards are out of my price range now as I have to budget shop. When I sold my original collection in Aug/Sep 2007, I had about 15 or so cards go for between £100 and £150 each, with many more upwards of £40 each. I have since bought some cards for my new collection as low as one tenth of the price I sold the originals for.
