An old one made it's way home today.
Sharon Duncan-Brewster - 1680 days c/o EE Elstree
I sent this on 02nd July 2009. At the time Sharon was appearing as a character called Trina in EE, but was not taken on as a regular, so did not get her own card. She had also appeared in Doctor Who, so I sent a pic for that and a record card. Great surprise to see this come back today with a printed note explaining what happened.
A friend also had a reply from Sharon today but via Bad Girls. She sent her request ten years ago!!!!! Makes my 4 1/2 years seem like yesterday. lol

Love the choice of pic, Nigel. The note is a nice touch and it's good to have an explanation after such a long wait.

Paul - 2 to 5 year waits can be surprisingly common in this hobby. I have had quite a few. As I said in my post, a friend had a reply from Sharon yesterday that was out for 10 years. That is less common, but not unheard of. I have mentioned before about the chap who waited 12 years for a Brian cant reply, and a while back saw an USA success from an American footballer that took 17 years. Now that was a long wait!
