Great gig at the Electric Ballroom Camden with Black Spiders supporting Therapy?. I have both albums by Black Spiders signed already, so took the opportunity to pick up the latest album from Therapy? signed for a tenner.

Both bands were superb.

Heading out again tonight for the second and final part of my explosive start to my end of year holiday. Tonight it is old favourites The Damned at the O2 Islington. Have seen them many times since first seeing them in 1983. Just one of the best live bands. Also have a ticket for thir 40th anniversary gig on 18th May next year (day before my 50th) when they smash up the Royal Albert Hall. It helps me to have a weekend like this to get rid of any remaining stress from the year, so I can chill until the New Year.

Do you think shopping therapy saves you from depression? In my experience, it has been verified that yes. But only in case of mild depression, and if something serious happens, on the contrary, there appears a disgusting to shopping. In this case, online therapy with real professionals may be needed.
