Alex has kindly sent me a 1st Edition hardback copy of JRR Tolkien's "The Children of Hurin"  Alex knows of my love of Tolkiens works and this is indeed a fantastic insight into the 1st age of Middle Earth, taking place far far beyond the world of Lord of the Rings. This story tells of the lands and people of "The Grey Haven's in the west" Beyond the sundering seas. Basically where Bilbo and Frodo go off to at the end of LOTR 🙂 

How do i know all this if i have only just got the book? Well........ Alex has already sent me a copy quite a while ago LOL  Did you forget mate ha ha ha. Still a very nice gift from a really good friend.

Glad you finally managed to get to the delivery office to pick it up, Can't remember sending the firat one over though, Never mind,  Still a cracking book to have twice in your collection, Awesome illustrations too.

All ok this end mate, got kids for the next 3 weekends so no doubt it's gonna cost me LOL. 

Kiri-Ann and Cameron are now at All Saint's in Waddington, had to take them out of St Johns Bracebridge Heath as teacher's  were holding them back and penalising KA for being so smart . Basically KA is a 16 year old in a 10 year old body, and very very smart! She is now enjoying school, and is still in the "Gifted and Talented " group 🙂 ...... Takes after DAD     WHAT! 🙂
