I picked up a new with tags England shirt for £1.04 (plus postage) on EBay and sent it to the England Captain via a private address.  Got it back signed with a nice big sig today, (along with unfranked stamps too:-)) I think he could have ironed it for me though, lol.  Took just over 2 weeks;
