I received my two 10x8s and index card back from Stephanie today. The backing card was included but they have still taken a real battering with bad creases in both directions, still happy to see them back though, took 302 days:

I get a few back creased but on the whole its a small percentage of what I send out so I shouldn't really complain.

It is unusal thought for one to be so bad when they have included my backing card, Royal Mail must have really gone to work on this one. Normally they are only bad when my backing card hasn't been put back in the envelope
