Sorry Ive not been around for a bit guys, had a bit of a problem here that shook us all up a bit.

Last week my daughter was on her way to the local youth club disco as she does on a regular basis, it is literally 2 minutes away from my home but within that 2 minutes some B*****D!!! tried to snatch her!  Fortunately, she managed to get away and run off - so no physical harm done. We have reported it to the police who have been VERY good so far. Needless to say we were all very shaken by the event and as I am sure you will all understand, I have been a little preoccupied. I will not enlighten you with what I wanted to do, I am sure you know what was going through my mind.
Fortunately she seems quite stable mentally as well as physically, so a big relief there too.

Ive been having a quick catch up on all of your results and am rather impressed with some of them - the Danni Minogue book signing especially.  Well done to all of you on your resluts.  Nothing to declare here unfortunately,  waiting on a Via Venue from Joe Pasquale here.  He was on at one of the theatres on Sunday, so will be calling back in the next few days keeping my fingers crossed.

Sorry to hear that mate. Your feelings of what you wanted to do to him are probably the same as the rest of us mate.

Glad to hear she is ok though, but keep an eye on her mate, as these things can take years to surface mentally.

We live in sad times. That is so terrible. Animals like these who snatch kids or harm kids need to be put down without trial. I just pray your daughter has no lingering memories of her ordeal. My best to you all.

Sorry to hear about what happened and glad everything seems okay now.
I've got two sons and a daughter and I can't imagine what you must have gone through and hopefully will never have to,but unfortunately there are some evil b******s out their preying on people or trying to pick fights.

What is it with men????? they could go to any club and find plenty of women who would quite willing go off with them for the evening....These men are sick and will never ever been rehabilitated it caught.
Kids these days seem so resiliant good on her for running away and not just letting him take her...my mum always told me to shout scream and kick them where it hurts....Sometime even when I go out I carry a little bottle of spray perfume it'll sting the eyes if sprayed in that direction ....what a world we live in.....dont keep reminding her of it though she sounds like one grounded little girl & well done both of you she obviously remembered what she should do it's so hard to bring kids up these days......

Jane i agree with what you say but there are a lot of female preditors out there as well there have been quiet a few over the last few months but yes it is men 9 times out of 10 .

My sister was raped many years ago when she was only 12:-( and i took revenge on her attackers and ended up going to prison:-( for a period somthing i dont talk about much i was 17 and it was horrible being in prison but i would do it again. If anybody harmed anyone close to me .There seems to be a lot of perverts out there that have surfaced more since the internet took off it seems easier for them to prey on youngsters now than in my day.

I never been on the wrong side of the law again but as stated i would hurt someone if they ever tried to hurt any of my family.

That's an awful thing to happen Steve. Give your daughter a big hug and show her what a real man should be like. Sy. I don't think you'll find any condemnation from any of us for what you did.
