Question about mounts for frames

Has anyone come across anyone who provides custom art on mounts for picture frames? I have a project in mind, but would like the mount around the item to have some artwork.

It may be I just commision a local artist, but I wondered if someone specialised in this sort of work.

I figured it would be a big ask Alex. Not seen it myself. Will probably go the local artist route if I do it. Have a chat with an art shop, and see who they recommend.
