My brother has just bought a CB Radio for his car and I was wondering if there was any other CB fans on here? Is CB Radio as popular as it used to be?
I had one myself, a car CB set up in my bedroom when I was about 17/18 (34 now) and at times it got very busy on the air. These days we have the net and email of course and no doubt that the net has reduced the numbers of radio users so I was just curious about it and wondered if anyone on here still uses CB's?
Cheers
Steve.
PS sorry Ive not been on much, been full of cold and still feeling crappy.

"Breaker Breaker"
I used to have a CB too years ago, always were so heavy on the batteries that i could never use it for long and mine took about 8 heavy duty duracells so once the batteries were done my communications where ended until me old da treated me to a new pack of batteries once in a blue moon
Interesting things though as you could hear allsorts and evesdrop on many a sinister conversation
Good times :^O
