The only advice i can give you mate is, "Don't go cheap" I tried one , i cant remember the make but it ruined the mount by givivng an un clean cut.
I know Longridge do a very good cutter, but they are expensive:)

Logan System 24 is a good starting point for cutting your own mounts, the downside of it is it can be a little tricky trying to cut larger mounts, as you hold the ruler with one hand and move the cutter with the other hand, so it can sometimes slip and ruin a mount.
For a little more money I would recommend you buy the 301S Logan, very stable, very easy to use and very easy for cutting double mounts very acurately. You should be able to buy one for around £95
