Sent a load of requests out today so should hopefully have some results to post soon.

Can anyone help me with postage from the USA too please, I've bought a load of USA global forever stamps and was hoping someone would be able help me work out how many stamps I would need to add to get an envelope with 10x8 photo enclosed back to the uk.

I just don't understand the postage costs

not too sure on 10x8's but two 12x8's cost me 3 dollars return so id imagine similar to that

Rob - best bet is to go to the calculator on the usps site and check the costs - http://postcalc.usps.com/

As long as you do not use a stiffener the cost can be fairly low.

Weigh your reply envelope with picture, and stick the details in the calculator. There is a fine margin between price scales, so worth checking rather than waste a request.
