On 4/9/12, I wrote former US Secretary of State and Army 4-star general Colin Powell with a TTM autograph request. I enclosed SSAE and 3x5 card for signing. Received his reply today, 7/1/12, with my 3x5 signed "C.L. Powell." Address used can be located in the fanmail.biz database. 1 of 3 received today. A pleasant Monday surprise!
