Gabriella kindly signed my Doctor Who and St Trinians photos.

Also had a pile of cds and a signed postcard from my mate Andy Kline who used to be in the punk band The Guttersnipes.

If anyone is interested, there is a punk evening at the King Billy in Northampton on Sun Dec 12th from 5pm. Andy's old mucka Shug (ex Cocksparrer) fronts The Snipes with a new lineup and they are on the bill. They have had a good year with main support slots with the likes of The Vibrators, UK Subs, Anti-Nowhere League and Stiff Little Fingers. I'm thinking of popping along.

#9 - If you get to any of the punk all dayers like Wasted, Rebellion, etc that are hosted several times a year around the country, you will see quite a few names from the early days of punk, and the band members often flog their merchandise in person so it's easy to get graffs. I was at the Dec 2008 Rebellion all dayer at Kentish Town and got sigs from Captain Sensible, all of Johnny Moped (inc. Sensible as well), TV Smith, and Charlie Harper (UK Subs) plus had a great day/night out.

Nice one Nigel. I didn't realise it was a Punk night. I was 16 years old in 76, I thought Punk was the best thing ever. Funny how you are going to the Billy as it was one of only a few places that would let me and my punk mates in back in the late 70's.
