When you use a tracked service, it’s important to add the correct Carrier Name and Tracking Number to ensure we receive the tracking events from the carrier you're using.
If we can determine the delivery service you're using, we'll pre-fill that information in the carrier selection option for you once the tracking number is added.
It’s also important to upload tracking information within 24 hours of dispatching your item to support any Item Not Received cases that may be opened.
