We have great news; we’re starting to roll-out our Click & Collect service today.
We’ll be adding a Click & Collect at Argos option to eligible listings during September and October. If you’re an eBay top-rated seller we’ll be starting with you first and we’ll continue to add the option to eligible listings throughout 2015.
Click & Collect provides the ultimate convenience for your buyers. They can now pick-up their items at a time that suits them from one of over 650 Argos stores across the UK.
DON’T FORGET TO MAKE YOUR LISTINGS ELIGIBLE
We’ll automatically add a Click & Collect option for FREE to all your eligible listings that:
REMEMBER:
1. If you currently use ‘Other 24 hour’ or ‘Other 48 hour courier’ you’ll need to update your listing(s) to reflect 1 of the 5 selected carriers.
2. Make sure you add the weight & dimensions to all of your listings.
3. When you print your usual postage label, if your buyer chooses Click & Collect, we’ll include a unique 6 digit identifier code in the second line of the Argos delivery address. If you print or hand-write your own labels, make sure this 6 digit code is clearly visible on your package.
This code enables Argos to identify your item and lets the buyer know that their order is ready to collect, without it your item won’t be recognised.
4. Package your item and dispatch as usual.
