Dear Sellers,

From 1 January 2022, international fees for sellers with a registered address in the UK will increase when the delivery address (as entered by the buyer at checkout) is in Eurozone & Northern Europe* countries. This change will take effect for all sales from that date onwards, regardless of when the item was listed, relisted or renewed. This will continue to apply regardless of whether you handle international postage yourself or via the Global Shipping Programme (GSP).

For Business sellers:

The international fees for Eurozone & Northern Europe* will increase from 0.5% to 1.05% (exclusive of VAT).

You can get more information about the international fee here.

For Private sellers:

The international fees for Eurozone & Northern Europe* will increase from 0.6% to 1.26% (inclusive of VAT at 20%)

You can get more information about the international fee here.

Managing selling preferences

To continue selling to Eurozone and Northern Europe countries, you do not need to make any changes to your preferences if you are already selling to these locations.

You can also update your preferences to reduce the chances of international buyers purchasing from you. For more information, please refer to the following pages:

If you want to use GSP but exclude Eurozone and Northern Europe countries

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Update your excluded postage locations to select the countries you don't want to post to
  2. Ensure that 'Also apply to current listings' option is selected
  3. Untick the option 'Override my postage exclusions for Global Shipping Programme eligible items.'
  4. Save your preferences

Thank you for selling with eBay.

Regards,

Your eBay Team
