eBay to start managing payments In 2020, eBay will start managing payments on the marketplace in the UK, allowing you to sell and get paid in one place, with payments going directly into your bank account.
Growth tools We've been busy enhancing and integrating the tools that will help you grow your business. We've improved our Send Offer to Buyers tool and have added new features to the Terapeak research tool to better provide you with insight into your business data.
Improved Seller experience We're introducing new features to allow you to delegate access rights to your eBay account to other members, edit the background of your product images and get help with finding the missing item specifics on your listings.
Trust and seller protection From May 2020, the time that the seller has to respond when a buyer opens a return request or an eBay Money Back Guarantee (eMBG) claim will change from eight calendar days to three business days.
Motor fees update We're changing our fees for listing vehicles for sale from 1 April 2020. This change will take effect for all vehicles listed, relisted or renewed from 1 April onwards.
Tax change From April, the Norwegian Tax Administration will change the country’s Value Added Tax (VAT) rules affecting all eBay sellers who sell and ship to buyers in Norway.
