Hi. Any one can help me please as i looking for a link for live chat to speak with agent from ebay as i returned airfryer to seller more then almost 3 weeks ago, delivery on ebay been nit upfated yet and because of that when i pressed step in ebay to the case ebay did notvgavr me refund and place my case ahain to hold. I do have screenshot/ picture of delivered parcel back to seller though but ehen i speak with automat... it is usless. Tried to find live chat gor over 2 days here but can not see anywhere. Can please domeone help me???

Message the seller first as they won't see your post here.

 

Go right of the item in your Purchase History >>  More Actions >>  Contact Seller

 

Tell them of the missing items, hopefully they'll send those out for you,  but don't wait too long.

 

You have 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery to open a case for a full refund.  You then need to proceed this way:

 

You then go right of the item in your Purchase History,  and from More Actions select Return this item,  selecting the reason...  Item Missing Parts or Pieces.

The seller has 3 days to accept the case,  if they don't ,  you need to  escalate on day 4,  or within 30 days,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

If the seller wants the item back first,  they need to pay for a fully tracked return postage.  On receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  Again,  if they don't,  you escalate the case.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.

go to the top left hand side and go onto account settings scroll all the way to the bottom and on the right handside you will see help & support click on that then scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see it there contact us then it will take you through to a robot then you can ask to speak with a agent it will then setup for ebay to call you back within a certain time frame hope that helps

We are members like yourself with no access to your account to see any previous restrictions,  but we can see that you have returned to selling after a long break.

 

You may be prevented from listing an item, because you have not fully or correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments.

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.
