Customer service email address

I have had an ongoing issue with an international trader for the last 4 months, they promised to resend my goods but haven't. I have been very patient & know I should have flagged this up sooner but I am very trusting... I have a whole email trail proving this dated up until 2/12/15 is there any eBay customer service email I can forward this too to flag them up & stop them ripping off any more customers? Thanks

Hi, eBay don't do emails for general stuff.  If you don't have an eBay case open then you are too late to start one now.  You do have 180 days from the payment date to open a Paypal case, using their security centre.

Once you open a Paypal case, you must escalate it within 20 days of opening and these are not calendar days but 24-hour periods timed to the second that the case opens.

Ignore anything the seller might say and stick with the case.  Don't allow the seller to stall you this time.
