Why when signing in do I have to prove I’m not a robot, sign in , then do it all again, twice !

Why when I sign in do I first have to prove I'm not a robot, then sign in, then prove I'm not a robot AGAIN then sign in AGAIN ! Then enter security code ? The security code I understand but why prove I'm not a robot twice and sign in twice..really driving me mad.

You need to Tick on "Stay Signed In."

Yes it does this with me sometimes, even when I try to stay signed in.

I think it could be a browser issue, I use Chrome, either that or a glitch.

It drives me mad too.

I've had it happen to me on a few occasions, although I suppose I must have been lucky so far, as it's happened very rarely in my case. I don't tick on anything to stay signed in all the time - I just log in manually each and every time, and I always use Google Chrome when logging into eBay. On the very few occasions that I have got this silly "Prove you're not a robot" thing come up on the screen I've just pressed the back arrow in the top left hand corner of the screen and refreshed the screen, almost as though I'd completely changed my mind about logging in, then I tried to log in again. When I tried to log in the second time the login process went exactly as it should do, without the silly "Prove you're not a robot" message, so if you haven't tried this tactic yet then give it a shot and see if it works for you.
