Combined postage when order already paid.

A buyer has bought 2 items and paid me for them over 2 days. They have asked for a combined postage discount which I am happy to do. Do I just refund one set of postage through PayPal and will I be charged fees on the original amount or the discounted amount?

I have had same happen to me.

Now buyer has paid, you will have to part refund, but won't get any fees credited.

Go to paypal transaction, click refund, MAKE SURE YOU PUT AMOUNT IN or it will refund in full.

It's annoying when you ask buyer to wait for invoice & have to refund, but better than bad feedback.
