    <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure the tracking is on the item in your sold section&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The buyer needs to open a not received dispute&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they do then you need to deal with it and if it does not say Delivered then you have to refund the buyer in full.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If they escalate to ebay after 3 days you will be left with the fees and a defect on your account&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Then make a clain from the courier or Royal MAil if you can&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Go to their sites or where you bought the tracking from and check what claim you can make&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you checked the tracking on both ebay and the site or the courier or RM&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sometimes ebay is a bit slow to update&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It does depend on how you deal with the problem as to how a buyer view the transaction&lt;/P&gt;
