Royal Mail 24, 48 loosing items

Has anyone else is having problems with RM24 and RM48 services? I have to deal with lost items on regular basis and with no compensation it can get annoying.

I was hoping they can actually do something about it but turns out there's nothing that can be done or can it?

Not personally No. I haven't had any missing Items ever. Can you not use a Family Members Address, any Elderly Relatives who are home most of the time?

What sort of volumes are you sending? I send around 400 a week

No, i always receive my 24/48 hr parcels by Royal Mail.

I am amazed that so many buyers are so unlucky?

In 20 yrs on ebay, i have had maybe 2 items that i have not received.

The problem seems to be many buyers, do not receive there

parcels, when they buy on eBay,

who guarantee that they will receive a full refund, on a item not received?
