Question Re: No payment in Selling on eBay DND

I sold an item through eBay, the buyer says that they have received the package, yet on PayPal it says that I will receive my payment once the package has been delivered. eBay and Post Office BOTH say that the package has been dispatched, but not delivered. How do I receive my payment? I contacted the buyer but no help yet.

See, I'm not sure if its because of the momney being held, as PayPal says that the item has not yet been delivered, and so does eBay and Royal Mail, I believe this is why it is being held. Is there a way to show that the item has been delivered, because all tracking services say that it is not yet delivered.

You have to wait for the tracking to update itself. Also check on RM or post office track & trace site, outside of ebay. If it doesn't update contact live chat at the very bottom of this: https://ocsnext.ebay.co.uk/ocs/cusr?query=1455
