I received an email from eBay claiming I “haven’t followed our selling practices”

I'm just after receiving this message from eBay.
Hello,

We’ve determined that you haven’t followed our selling practices - drop shipping policy.

There is evidence on your account that you are purchasing items from an online retail or marketplace site after you sell the item on eBay and having that retailer ship the item directly to the customer. While in violation of this policy, the account will not be eligible for the Top Rated program until it is in compliance.

I find this weird as I don't dropship and 90% of my stock is second hand, why might of eBay sent me this?

private sellers don't have that number of unwanted brand new items

if you purchased the mystery box to sell the contents you need to upgrade to a business account

if you are trading you need a business account,

but if ebay think you are breaking the drop ship policy you need to prove to them that you aren't

Mystery Boxes are not allowed to be Sold on Ebay.
