Some Selling Advice Please.

Hi,

i want to sell a garden office, i have sold my house to a developer and he is not interested in it only the plot were it is.

id hate it to go to waste.

the problem is, its value outways my selling limit. can i post it with monthly payments, ie HP, to a buyer, so only a portion of my monthly limit is taken up leaving me some selling scope to sell smaller items with.

Any advice would be welcome.

Check out the Property category in 28 day Classified Ads. where no selling limits are applied. Contact details are allowed to negotiate an acceptable selling price >

No, that isn't possible.

I would list it for collection on Gumtree, Ebay's sister site, when Covid restrictions are eventually lifted.

But wherever you list, make sure you accept payment only in cash or by bank transfer. PayPal isn't safe for collection items, so don't let your buyer pay that way.
