Question Re: verifying paypal in Selling on eBay DND

It's not possible to sell on Ebay without a verified PayPay account (unless you're in Ebay's Managed Payments, which you don't appear to be). So it seems that you included the wrong PayPal email address on the listing, or it contains a typo. If so, your buyer's payment will be floating around in the ether with nowhere to go.

So go to the Sold listing, and choose 'sell similar' to bring it up in edit mode. Scroll down the page to see what the PayPal email addy is. Add it your PayPal account, and the payment will pop through. If that isn't possible (no longer a valid email addy, or the typo is a comma in place of a full stop), you will have to cancel the Ebay transaction, which will auto-reverse the buyer's payment, and relist the item with the correct email addy so that the buyer can buy again.

@sohv5219

I've been trying to verify my paypal account on ebay but the button isn't there and when I sell an item the buyer gets their money back whilst I have sold the item.
