Listing removed by ebay for Counterfeit goods. However 2 payments been made do I still post?

Hi guys, I was selling some custom made gold coloured stainless steel Pokemon cards that were listed as such. Buyers aware theyre not real but just cool ornamental oricas. 2 were sold last night and then ebay took down my listing.

im just wondering if I should post them or not or if ebay/paypal is going to refund the buyers?

do you have permission to replicate pokemon?

if not ebay are correct in removing your listing

don't send them and make sure the buyers are refunded

No, you don't post them - selling and sending counterfeit items through the post are both criminal offences. Refund the buyers in full immediately, and pray that NINTENDO, who own the Pokemon rights, don't sue the pants off you.

Oh, and if you have any other listings which infringe on trademarks and/or copyright, remove those immediately, as the next time Ebay is instructed to remove such, they will shut you down permanently. For full information on this subject, click on the VeRO link at the foot of any page.

You also need to Remove the Pokemon Events Digital Downloads and the Pokemon Sports Cards which you are illegally Selling through a Chinese Seller.
