eBay Max £1 promotion for low value items

Hi there, I'm wondering if anyone knows what happens to items that are sold for under £10 during the £1 promotional selling period? Does the usual 10% fee apply in this case? I can't seem to find this info under the T&C. Many thanks in advance!

It couldn't be simpler. Selling fee is 10% with a maximum fee of £1. What more do you want??

Normal fees apply for low value listings,it's in the name really Max £1 promotion

Ah, ok, I see. I read from here that there's a 5% cap rate during the £1 promotion, so wanted to double check with others' experiences: https://tamebay.com/2020/06/ebay-listing-month-1-final-value-fees-on-100-sales.html. Thanks for clarifying!
