why do you need to charge extra?

you cannot charge more than was on the listing

Try posting on the Business Seller board in the Discussion forums - you're more likely to find someone there who's in Managed Payments and has had to do this.

that's not the buyers problem, you should have set your listing up properly, you are not allowed to charge extra,

you need to choose the 'courier : heavy and bulky items' option when creating the listing, that way you can invoice for postage according to the buyers location.

You cannot invoice for extra postage because the sale bay no longer has an email address on it only their e bay email address which does not work on paypal

But ebay are, have you never clicked on "Order Details". It is a disguised email but it will get to the buyer AND in any case why can't you use MESSAGES.

This is what the email looks like, I have replaced letters/numbers with xxxx

you can't invoice now because you set up your listing incorrectly, you are not allowed to ask for more money, that is one of the reasons why ebay have removed the email addresses!

for future sales you need to use the 'courier : heavy and bulky items' then you can invoice through ebay for the correct postage
