where do I find a reference no for packlink non-delivery something like GB2020EBAY/COM/PRO0000000?

Where do I find a reference for Packlink something like GB2020EBAY/COM/PRO0000000? Hermes have finally told me the parcel is lost but passsed the blame onto Packlink. Looked at Packlink website and started to complete a claim form but the second question is for this number which I don't have. I am getting increasingly frustrated and just want resolution. HELP! please

I don't buy my postage on Ebay so don't personally know. But I would expect it to be with the transaction details on your Orders page. Is it not there...? If not, look for Packlink information in the Seller Centre, as that contains everything you need to know about selling here, or in the Help pages with their integral search.

Hermes haven't 'passed the blame' onto Packlink. They have simply passed you onto Packlink - because Packlink is who you paid and who you therefore have the contract with. You have no contract with Hermes, which is why you cannot lodge a claim with them for compensation.

If you go the sales transaction and click on postage label it will show you the packlink GB reference that you want is in the small box underneath the address box x
