Anyone having problems sending invoices with freight added?

Same problem with the last 2 sales: I try to send an invoice with freight added and I get in a banner block at the top: ! "Something went wrong. Please try again later." I've had 2 calls to Ebay support and they say they have a problem but can't fix it.

Anyone experienced this?

If using the app, try website on PC instead.

Why are you quoting courier & putting cost in description, just list in P&P section as courier with cost,

no need to send invoice then.

Same problem for 6 days now. Spoken to Ebay Helpline 3 times. They acknowledge a problem with their invoice system and keep saying it will be resolved soon..but 6 days is not soon. A helpline manager promised a resolution by yesterday evening. A rtash promise it would seem.

Thanks for the reply. I was using the website with my laptop which is normal for me. I tried the app but no Send Invoice option now, only send buyer a reminder. I add postage in the usual way if it is cut and dried but, in this case, it was on the cusp of 2Kg. for Royal Mail so I would use a courier and I shop around for best price. This has never been an issue before. I had an issue with the same thing last month and have spent some time on the 'phone to Ebay - surprisingly quick in getting a call-back. They accept it is an issue with their software - making changes post-Brexit is the reason/excuse. Surely if it is affecting me, it is affecting 1000's? They suggested I get buyer to issue an invoice request to me and then I would get around it but buyer seems to have gone to ground. I also suggested buyer could pay me directly, via Paypal which the last buyer did, and I gave her my Paypal email address but she then says she has a Paypal account problem. Seems I have two problems - Ebay glitch and unresponsive buyer.
If I don't get a payment in 3 days, I'll cancel and re-list

Almost word for word my own experience for the past 6 days.. Same error messge Same story from the Help line. Still no resolution. Regards, Martin

I have the same problem, I get the banner block "there is a problem, please try again later". And this is 9 days on from your posts...crazy that this still hasn't been fixed. So frustrating.

I selected the "other courier 5 days" category instead of freight, and the invoice was successfuly generated,

The problem still exists - I want to combine postage on 2 items but I get the same message. eBay acknowledge problem and suggested sending invoice without adjusting postage and offer refund on payment but it still won't work.
