Unpaid case removal

Someone had bought a ring and it has gone over the time aloud on paying.

So I set up an unpaid claim to which they now want to cancel the ring altogether.

However the unpaid form to close the claim won't let me close it to cancel the order.

How can I close it to cancel it???

Please help im new to ebay. Thank you .

Once you open unpaid case, you can't then cancel sale.

Carry on with unpaid case & close 4 days after opening, buyer is probably trying to avoid unpaid strike.

The beauty of an Unpaid Case is once closed after 4 days NO FEEDBACK CAN BE LEFT. Non payers are a pain and troublesome. Cancelling still allows Feedback to be left and it is not unheard of for a buyer to leave a Negative when you thought you were being helpful. Add buyer to Blocked Bidders List.
