can anyone tell me where i am going wrong?

when i sell an item i click on print postage label and invoices,ebay creates an invoice for me which is great. I am VAT registered so i need to display VAT separately, i select that option but then the invoice is generated stating 0% vat. I have input my VAT number in to my business account details and also listed VAT on all my listings as 20%. Why does the invoice not list 20% VAT?

You'll find similar posts on the Business Seller board in the Discussion forums, so pop over there to see if they contain any useful answers. I'm not VAT-registered, so it's not something I know anything about.
