How do I mark an item collected

Can anyone help? I recently sold a large item on eBay which needed collection. It’s now been collected but I can’t change the status from arrange collection to collected. The only option I have is scan code or put 6 digit code in which I don’t have. Any help gratefully received

The code is only for the app. eBay sends it to the buyer's phone and they're supposed to give it to the seller to show item has been collected.

But you should be able to mark as dispatched using a PC or laptop. On My eBay via More Actions, right of item on your sold page. Or on seller hub page click on the item, then top left > Mark as Dispatched.

Can't add any more than already advised - mark as dispatched on tablet/PC

you can bypass the need for a code by using the full site, not the app

use the drop down menu next to the item and mark it as paid and dispatched
