If so go into where the address can be edited and below that there is a setting for 4x6 or a4 . Select a4 and it will print the label to the top left of your printer paper. Had a break from selling during lockdown and just restarted. Suddenly all my labels are printing A4 size!! ridiculously large for small parcels and letters (most of what I sell). I haven't changed any settings or my pc or anything. Has something changed that I don't know about? If there is a place to set the size can anyone tell me where to find that?
