The feedback itself doesn't disappear, but your feedback score goes back to 100%.

Your current feedback score is based on all your feedback received within the last 12 months so anything before that won't count.

That's never been the case. All your feedback is there to view for the life of your account, and always has been.

But your feedback percentage is based on the previous 12 months, so any negs or neuts you received more than 12 months ago won't be included in the equation.

adding to the advice already given -

the only time feedback 'diseappers' is when its removed or altered by eBay.

for example, the retaliatory false positive you left a buyer could 'disappear' if the buyer reports you for feedback abuse - which would damage your account.
